When it springs back
A Slinky always springs back. If an order needs to, here is the path.
Where do I start a return?
In your order history with the partner store where you bought it. Choose the item, pick a reason and follow the instructions.
How long do I have?
Return windows are set by the partner store and shown on your order. For most toys it is 30 days from delivery.
My coil arrived tangled or bent.
A tangle can usually be undone — try our untangling guide first. If the wire is kinked or bent, request a replacement through the partner store.
When do I get my money back?
Refunds go back to your original payment method once the partner store receives the item.
